Giving and receiving can be awkward like when someone is on stage with their fly unzipped. Do you say something or not? This highlights the importance of real time feedback.

Honest is a rare thing in this day and age. When you come across someone with high integrity it makes you take notice.

2018 was a great year for our business, but what we are most proud of is the work we performed to help those in need.

Is there a correlation between being self-aware and being wise? The better we know ourselves the more effective we can be at leading ourselves and others.

In 2001 while in graduate school I learned about the theory of appreciative inquiry. That was the spark for starting Groove Management. It has been a long journey with interesting twists along the way.
