Time is the great equalizer. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. How we leverage our time determines our level of success and value. What is your ROT?

Structure and planning leads to much more consistent performance both for our children, our families and our work teams.  Predictable results require a disciplined approach. 

Meetings are the death of work productivity.  According to various sources there are 25 million meetings per day in the United States.  That amounts to $37 billion in annual productivity lost as a result of meetings.  Just yesterday I heard another example of a senior team in a large publicly traded company holding a three-hour meeting to plan for a full day meeting.  The tyranny must end.  

An execution mindset separates the best from the rest.  "I go through" is not just a song by O.A.R. but an attitude for success.

According to Merriam Webster’s dictionary Deadline is defined as “a date or time before which something must be done”.  While this is the dictionary definition, our company culture has made a slight but important edit to the interpretation of the definition.  We have swapped the word “by” for “before”.
