The Toast Story

A few years ago Groove Management was introduced to Toast, a Boston based restaurant software company. Toast has built an amazing business as the leader in restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems. They have an award winning culture and a great leadership team. The COVID-19 pandemic hit Toast particularly hard because of the impact on restaurants. Toast was forced to reduce their staff by over 50%, but they made the tough decisions with empathy and compassion.
