Judy brings over twenty-five years of experience helping executives, teams, and organizations reach higher levels of clarity and effectiveness. She leverages a deep knowledge of group and organizational dynamics, individual psychology, and business demands to her executive coaching and organizational effectiveness consulting. Judy holds an MS in Organizational Development from American University in Washington, DC and a BA in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Maine. She has been a facilitator in Harvard’s Advanced Management Program, a guest lecturer at Boston College and Brandeis University, and an executive coach in Our Generation Speaks; a business incubator for joint Israeli-Palestinian ventures.
