The PTI Format
Borrowing from the hit ESPN Show Pardon the Interruption (PTI), we teach teams to utilize a visual agenda for meetings. We improve meeting hygiene by outlining how the meeting will flow and holding to a timeline. By modeling good meeting hygiene in the workshop, we teach participants how to structure more effective meetings.
